Realism Scenario
First off I would like to say I was originally thinking multiplayer was possible when thinking of this so it may come across but even so I think this would be really fun as a single player thing, it would just be A LOT better multiplayer.

Basically I was thinking that the mod could include a scenario that uses one of the really accurate maps. Puts all the cities in the correct locations with the correct Nations and Alliances Just after the death of Robert Baratheon. Each nation would start with the appropriate wealth and number of troops.

3 New nations would be needed:

The Nights Watch:

The Wall is Mountains with 3 or 4 Cities or Forts to represent the Castles of the Nights Watch. A City State is used to play them. They will have a severely troop production rate, being set not to attack any of the southern nations and set Locked at war with the Wildlings, they will need to be gifted units in order to maintain/defend their castles.

Special Units:
Obsidian Spearman
Obsidian Archer
These will take a lot of production to make but you can probably guess what i'm thinking.

The Wildlings:

They would have a few weak cities scattered north of the wall, get a moral or damage bonus if moving south when north of the wall and a permanent boost when south of it.

Special Units:
Giants
Worgs

The White Walkers:

Now this is where the fun really starts, The White Walkers have 1 City at the top of the map (i know this is probably not accurate but its helps make it more playable and to stop them being defeated early on) with virtually no production of units. They have combat bonus against all units apart from Dragons, Obsidian Spearmen and Obsidian Archers. They are a very aggressive AI Nation whose locked at war with everyone, always fight at full health and if they kill a unit they can get possession of it. They will destroy any city they capture.

Tweaks that would help improve the gameplay:

Great Generals can Represent Important people like Rob Stark or Jaime Lannister, Modded so that if they are defeated by an enemy unit the person/pc controlling them can capture them or execute them and what happens to that unit affects the teams involved accordingly but enough that what you decide to do could hugely affect the game and the wrong decision could make you lose.

Appropriate rewards for capturing cities, eg Quarth gives whoever gets it a lot of gold.

The Dragons Start as eggs, then hatch and grow as the game progresses getting more powerful.

Some extra city states/nations that would severely help but not be 100% necessary.

If I knew what I was doing I would attempt to make this scenario myself but at the moment I don't even know if it could be done.
