Stats
i'm thinking on:
+20% passive damage resistance on wearer
+10% faster movement speed
+50% bigger overheal
+25% overheal longevity
-25% slower healing rate
-20% ubercharge lenght
-25% range of the medigun (since it was made of scrap on the battlefield)

Ubercharge:
+100% faster overheal rate
+Crits and mini-crits immunity

the focus would be that the pacient was anethesiated by the overheal, so it has a bigger overheal and on the ubercharge the objective is mantain the overheal, cuz if the overheal rans off, the slower healing will screw you up

i think your pros overrule the cons, like howabout

-25% heal rate
-30% overheal

+50%overheal longevity
movement speed increased from ubercharge (full=25%)
killing enemy medics will give you 20% of their ubercharge

ubercharge gives immunity too all crits and mini crits, decreased pushforce taken from damage and airblast, and maybe gives minicrits

Uber gives 50% damage resistance to all things and instantly buffs target to full overheal.

My idea~

I think we should consider a new ubercharge. To be honest, i think this should make a sentry-busting uber charge. So here is my idea, with cons, pros and ubercharge specific stats.

Pros
+10 Percent Healing Rate
+20 Percent Uber Time
+40 Percent Knockback resistance on healing target ( Not on the medic )

Cons
-30 Percent Uber Charge Speed
-40 Percent Overheal
+30 Percent Faster Overheal Decay

Ubercharge
Invulnarable Medic and Heal Target
+50 Percent Reload Speed for Heal Target
-90 Percent Knockback from explosions
+70 Percent Damage Bonus Against Buildings
+20 Percent Damage Bonus Against Players

you said that my uber was sentry bursting, but your is even more, you become invulnerable, the heal targer reloads 50% faster, making possible deal more damage, -90% knockback make the sentry almost don't push you, +70% damage against buldings make the sentry recive almost the double of damage, so, you would burst sentries and players
Here is MY idea.

Pros:
  1. +200% Healing Rate
  2. +150% Ubercharge Build Rate
Ubercharge: All current Ubercharges (Stock, Kritzkrieg, Quick-Fix, or any of the Vaccinator's, though the Vaccinator's Ubercharges now use the entire bar), switch between each one on cycle using Reload Key, only one type of Ubercharge can be used at a time.

Con:
There is a 25% chance (can be upgraded if needs be) that deploying an Ubercharge will create a massive explosion (we're talking Sentry Buster size) that is harmless to enemies, though it can and will kill the Medic and his nearby teammates.

The story-wise reason for its stats is because it was not built as well as the regular Medi-guns, making it unstable, both in the good (the fast healing and build rates) and the bad (the giant explosion).

I was going to use this idea for a new Medi-gun called the "Defective Medicine" (which would have looked like a severely damaged Kritzkrieg, but I'm not that great at modeling.

Medic gets 20% damage resistance from everything,
The one being healed does not heal and gets a 20% damage bonus.
During ubercharge, both speed stats get halved and they regen 10 hp per sec for 5 secs.

Can have multiple healing targets (maybe 2-4)
Uber charge increases healing rate and overheal to that of stock medigun (or maybe quick fix or more)

ubercharge will start building 50% faster on someone with low health, but decasy to 50% slower when overhealed/fullhealth

ubercharge speeds up nearby enemy spies and gives them unlimited cloak, as well as immediatley granting them eternal reward buff on backstab with any knife

Holding rmb consumes 1% uber/0.2 seconds for a +30% speed bonus

+10% ubercharge build rate

cannot activate ubercharge

healing a player gives them a passive 15% speed bonus

-20% heal rate

cannot build uber while holding rmb
