The only thing that worries me a little about this is that it makes this mod exclusive to people who use 16:9 or 16:10 resolutions, as it doesn't have the desired effect on 4:3 monitors. However, I'm of the mindset that 4:3 monitors have been on the way out ever since the point that this game was itself released. It's my estimation that more people will find this addition useful than as a detriment. However, if you want to use this add-on without the new campaign browser, you can revert back by deleting the two relevant files. They are named "foundgamelistitempublic.res" and "foundpublicgames.res" and can be found in the resource/ui/l4d360ui folder. You'll obviously need something like GCFScape to open the .vpk itself.
