HOW TO DO IT
1. spawn an inkling
2. if female, use splatoon/glow/glowy, if male use splatoon/glow/glow_m
3. grab the submaterial tool and input the material in the box in the spawn menu thingy
4. IMPORTANT PLACE THE MATERIAL ON TEAMCOLOR AND TEAMCOLOR2
5. if you did it right your inkling should have glowing tentacles! :D
