huge game breaking bug delmus fathryon is hostile and all of the sea elves
ok i am on the main quest a shadow over innsmouth flagg has sent me to speak with neloth about the necronomicon and the quest stage tells me to talk to delmus that is not neloth and delmus is bugged as a hostile and every sea elf is hostile.
