Gravely Wounded Soldiers not healing? Workaround.
If you have problems with not healing soldiers, you deleted mod or disabled and still have problem with not healing soldiers. There's workaround for you, you can try this below:

Here's workaround if you still using mod and dont want to have gravely wounded soldiers to have replacements in the future:

First navigate into: %Steam%\SteamApps\workshop\content\268500\1293725945\Config\XComAugmentations.ini

Change 2 cvars to:

bUseGravelyWoundedMechanic = false
GRAVELY_WOUNDED_NEEDS_AUGMENATION_CHANCE = 0

Here's a workaround if you deleted/disabled mod and still have problems:

1. Enable Console in Xcom launcher.
adding -allowconsole to your game's launch options
2. Reinstall and Enable Augmentations mod if you deleted it in Launcher.
3. Open game and check what bodyparts your soldier needs to replace.
4. Give items via console:

Command:
additem [item id] [amount]

a) Head
"AugmentationHead_Base_CV"
b) Torso
"AugmentationTorso_Base_CV"
c) Arms
"AugmentationArms_Base_CV"
d) Legs
"AugmentationLegs_Base_CV"

! Add items without " "

So example for 1 Head Augmentation below:
additem Head AugmentationHead_Base_CV 1

5. Replace bodyparts in augmentation menu.
6. Modify your soldier apperance (change cybernetic parts).
7. Now you can disable, delete mod.
8. Should work.
