It should not offer you choose team...
It sends you to CT automatically

in console command "mp_humanteam any" i think

Open up the console, set game_type to 4 and game_mode to 1. You should spawn as a CT when you enter the map, but you'll need at least a friend to play on Co-op Strike though.
