I don't know if you figured it out, but if anyone else is having the same issue and ends up here, I hope this will help.

There are config options you can set up to do that, though unfortunately I can only redirect you to three places.

Server configuration in the Wiki[ark.wiki.gg],
Remove Cryopod,
and my new best friend
Beacon App[usebeacon.app]

I just learned of it and it has a feature that lets you set up custom drops, which I believe will also allow you to remove the cryopods from OSD loot and so on.
