Setup for dedicated server.

I have never installed a mod for Ark before, and have a general concept of how. The question I have, would every player need to have the mod as well? Can I just install this on the dedicated server, setup spawns and it would just work for everyone else?

When joining the sever, players would automatically download the mod. And yes.
