That's due to the Navigation mesh, I need to improve my skills to fix that issue

Hmm, I've not experianced that bug before. There are isues if something is blocking the way. I can look into fixing this :)

i tried alt f4 out of the map since my friends all left and the music kept playing after i closed the game. i have tried task manager and turning down my windows volume but it still keeps playing. NEED HELP!

That sounds like an issue with either your pc or csgo crashing, there isn't any way the map can do that
