Find The Server Via Steam Server List.
go to view>Servers>rightclick"inside the box">left click "add server by ip address"
copy and paste the Steam Server Address number 104.192.227.34:27024 with out spaces below then what you do is click "find games at this address" then you can favorite it by the "add selected games to favorites. And boom go to in-game then to your in game favoriets and it should be there.
