No NPC’s, just a giant empty castle (PS4)
I used to have this mod for Xbox 1 and it was fantastic. Gave the system away to a friend as I plan on getting the series X (someday...) and recently bought Skyrim on ps4 (I know ps4 sucks for mods). I beat Dawn guard with the vampires, downloaded this mod, and the castle is cleaned up just as I remembered, but there’s no npc’s including the dock or shadowmere. I tried putting it at the top of the load list besides phenderix magic reloaded and Skyrim unofficial patch because it for some reason won’t let me place it above those 2. Help?

The PS4 version could not have NPCs because Sony decided not to allow scripts. If I was to work around that I would have had to add "generic" NPCs to this mod just for PS4. I don't have the time for that. So on PS4, all this mod does is clean up the castle and decorate it. No quests, no NPCs.

The unofficial patch does more damage to this mod than it helps.
