Collar Balance
I really like this mod, but.. does anyone else feel like the collars might be a bit strong? Or does it feel balanced?

Like, for example, in my current play through, with FU and a lightly curated group of compatible mods, Vanguard armor is something decent I can make at my current tier, made from Refined Aegisalt. It's chestplate gives 125% attack, 25.5 defense, 62.5 energy, 25 HP, some extra damage for swords/assault rifles, and some resistances. It's considered "ranged balanced" armor. By comparison, the aegisalt equivalent Cat's Energy Collar 1, has 250% attack, 51 armor, 125 energy, 50 HP, but no set bonuses to random weapons/resists. The power version of the collar of the same tier, has 300% attack and 50 energy instead, which is what I'm currently using, along with a vanguard helmet and boots.

Switching between the power collar and vanguard chest, I get 200% more attack, 30 hp, and 25 defense using the collar, regardless of losing set bonuses, and I haven't found any other chest armor that comes close to this. I can upgrade to the Prime Power Collar, but the current one is already so strong, I haven't felt the need to actually do the upgrade yet. This seems to be a trend, where the cat collars are kind of no frills, no set bonuses, but beat all other available armor in base stats anyway.
