I think that if you load a new game, Control + C the Decals, and then load your game and Control + V might work

There doesn't seem to be a way to copy the decals from one save to another. I managed to do it manually but it took some time. Here are the links to all of the decal images in case you accidentally delete them like I did. :)

You can copy the decals from another save game with a text editor.

Search for "DecalPallet" in a save with decals. You should find something like this:

"DecalPallet": [
{
"Name": "Enhancement Jump",
[lots of lines]
],


In a save game without decals this should read "DecalPallet" : []

Replace that line with the above and you're good to go. Be sure to find the matching end of the json array ( ] ). Make a backup copy of the save game before editing! :)

Any way to get the Teleport and Regenerate label URLs?

matthias's method was much simpler than copying all those URLs. I just found the Tabletop Simulator folder, looked in the Saves folder, made a copy of the most recent save (the .json file and the .png that goes with it), and then pasted in the information matthias describes. Works like a charm!

no, you can't add pierce as an enhancement so there's no reason for a decal. you can add +1 to a pierce ability (if there's an enhancement dot) for 30g.
