How to hire jedi?
How do I hire jedis? Is it like vanilla, where it's up to chance if the volunteer is a engineer or a soldier or does it have be with specific races/circumstances?

For now the only way to get them is to bust your ass helping NPCs until they relent. I have gotten a Dark Wrrior and an Imperial officer before but yeah...it IS fast becoming an issue.
