I have the same issue with the skin as another person brought up a few months ago. Sadly, they did not get a response that I can see, so I'm asking this again.

This issue is on my dedicated server. The skin is NOT only broken when looking in the mirror as the other person had suggested. I have had multiple people tesing it at once. You cannot see the custom skin on yourself when in thirdperson and ALSO no other player can see the custom skin either. They only see classic Steve. However when you suicide or die, your corpse becomes your custom Minecraft Skin.

So this is currently a great addon to make custom Minecraft corpses... However, it's obviously not working when your player is alive.

Is there another file or setting that I need to add to my server directly that was not explained on this workshop page to get this mod working, Is there a different Steve model that we are supposed to add or remove, or is it simply currently broken?

I also have the Gmod Tower Player Model pack on my server (which I think includes Steve) but I am not sure how that could cause a conflict, as the dead body still becomes your custom skin, proving that the mod is partially working...
