My weapon stats:
Pros:
+10% Movement Speed.
Damage dealt is returned as toss.
Once TOSS Meter reaches 100%, Alt-Fire to throw the knife.
Upon throw, knife will fly in the direction of your crosshair as fast as a Flying Guillotine.
Knife will do +35% Damage while being thrown.
Knife will only stop flying if it hits a wall, or hits a player, like the Flying Guillotine.
Cons:
-25% Damage Veunrability.
-5% Health.
Cannot use Knife while Knife is being thrown.
When knife stops, toss meter will return to 0%.

This Knife's sats were made with the concept of the spy beilg able to run/back away while still being able to do damage.

this knife seems a bit overpowered. I think that it shouldn't be able to pierce through enemy players, and that there would need to be large changes to the cons, as the pros out-weigh the cons by a large portion, but the overrall idea of having a throwing weapon for the spy is a good idea

Ok, I removed the peirce mechanic entirely while also nerfing is a bit.
Thta +10% movement speed bonust could still get annoying.
