+Being Ubercharged gives infinite ammo and fires in a beam dealing xxx amount of damage a second. Upon killing an enemy the beam travels to other enemies and stuns them for 3 seconds. (Reduced movement speed, unable to attack, stuff like that)
+Wet enemies take more damage.
-Can't refill ammo from pickups.
-Being wet from water causes insta-death. Can't shoot is sodden from Jarate or Mad Milk.
-Stunned for 5 seconds when charge is depleted.
-60% movement speed when shooting.
Maybe a little OP, though.

+ Deals mini-crits (60 health drained/second) to all wet players
- Consumes 6 ammo per second while deployed
- User takes 25% more damage from all sources while weapon is held
- User takes full crit damage while under the effects of Jarate (at all times)
- Can only obtain ammo from Dispensers and Resupply Cabinets
- Does not randomly crit
Too OP? Too many drawbacks? What do you think?
