Stats for the weapon?
I was thinking...

Pros:
Does Not Require Ammo
100% faster spin-up time

Cons:
Cannot be crit boosted
No random critical hits
-15% damage

How about this

Pros:
-electricity beam can chain to other nearby players
-doesn't require ammo
-some other good stuff you can think of

cons:
-slow charge up rate
-15% less damage (or whatever is a good amount)
-overheats if spinning too long
-8 second recharge rate
