Anti-Death Ray Stats
Let's try to figure out what stats this thing will have!

To start off the thread:

Ubercharge type: Anti-Deathray

Ubercharge is split into four bars, but your secondary fire uses up all your available bars. Anti-deathray potency scaled to the number of bars filled

Partially, though the word "anti" is crossed off for a reason.

Stats:

-75% knockback

-25% overheal

They could always use this gun with similar stats to the one in MvM

Able to put forth a force-field wall, and somehow revive teammates in non-overpowered ways. Maybe like have a uber that does something to the patient, but also reduces respawn times slightly.

Übercharge is increased by damage done by patient

+30% beam reach

when Übercharge is active: 100% faster move speed on healer and patient

How about making it a battle medics medigun?

+20% Heal Rate
+25% Charge Rate
-No Overheal
+Unlimited Range
Beam is fired in a straight line, instead of locking onto heal targets

Übercharge: The medigun turns from an Anti-Deathray into a Deathray. While active, holding the primary fire button fires a straight laser beam that deals high damage over time to anything it touches. The user also gains crit immunity and -25% damage from all sources while active.

When a spy or sniper comes into view, you zoom right up to them, mark them for death, jarate, mad milk them, cause bleeding, set them on fire, strip them of the ability to attack or move and laugh in their face until they die. Also causes everyone on the server to break into laughter until all spies and snipers are dead.

Totally balanced.

Anti-Deathray
Being a device that manipulates the ether within an individual to speed recovery from even the most mortal of wounds or, likewise, reverse that process to tear them apart at a molecular leval.

Uber effect: Fires an energy stream similar to the Pyro's phlogistinator that deals DoT to all enemies within range and destroys projectiles.

i Über effect: Anti-Deathray
For 8 seconds you can instant revive teammates from their corpses. (can't revive from gibs)
i Anti-Deathray is built up by the healed players damage dealt. (need 1000 damage)
+ +20% range.
- -20% heal rate.

That's what my suggestion was, hence why the word "anti" was crossed out.

-- Anti-Deathray

Ubercharge : Anti-Deathcharge
Ubercharge causes target to become unable to die (basicly, not able to go bellow 1 hp) and gain mini-crits. You will not be ubercharged, but you will be healed for 70% of the damage your target takes (or would take) up to 100% overhealed. (Sorry if poorly explained)
♦ Heal rate increases based on your missing hp
♣ 1hp per second
♣ 20% healrate
♣ +10% uber drain rate

-- Mercy Killer

♦ 2 second crits on kill
♦ 8 second minicrits on kill
♦ Does not require Ammo
♦ Projectile cannot be deflected
♣ -75% clipsize (10 clip size)
♣ -20% Firerate

Alternatively

♦ On-hit enemy medic : Steal 5% ubercharge
♦ Does not require Ammo
♦ Projectile cannot be deflected
♦ +20% faster reload time
♣ -35 clipsize (5 clipsize)
♣ -40% firerate

I have not thought to much about these, not quite sure how blanced they would be, but I do enjoy making up some immegenary weapon stats, so why not.

so what your suggesting (tell me if i get this incorrect) based on what i read in the anti death ray stats itslike you heal people and then your ubercharge is a literal death ray the can obliterate a heavy (or any other class)?
