Default Gmod Dance

Is there a way to trigger the default "Act Dance" alternatively so i'm 100% sure i will do the Gmod Dance or at least a way to disable custom MMDs? Thanks in advance :)

act dance random MMD dances already changed to act cheer instead ^^

Well no, when i press my bind for "act dance" it still dances those random mmd dances.
