Minors tab is certainly more difficult to read than Policies. It shows separately suzerain bonuses and standard influence bonuses because this is how it is implemented in the game engine. All influence bonuses are grouped under City-State type (Industrial, etc.) and only suzerain bonuses are connected to a specific CS.

Standard influence bonus
- These are lines 1/3/6 Envoys
- After colon (:) it shows how many City-States are influenced at that level (let's call it X)
- Yields column shows yields from this CS type (let's call it Y); it will only show yields if you have fulfilled the condition e.g. a proper building is present anywhere, if not - it will only show a blue checkmark.
- If you have influenced 1 or more city-states (X>0) then in Yields column there will be information in braces showing actual, current yields earned from those city-states, i.e. it will show Y * X

Suzeran bonus
- These are lines with a city-state Name
- The City-State column shows how many envoys we have there
- The Yields column shows this singular specifc suzerain bonus

Example:
- 2 Scientific city-states, in 1st we have 1 envoy, in 2nd we have 6 and we are a suzerain
- We have 2 Campuses, only 1st with a Library
The tab will show:
- 1 Envoy: 2, yields +2 (+4) => we have at least 1 envoy in 2 city-states, each gives +2 to the capital, in total +4
- 3 Envoys: 1, yields +2 (+2) => we have at least 3 envoys in 1 city-state, each gives +2 to the library, in total +2 (only 1 library)
- 6 Envoys: 1, yields blue checkmark => we have at least 6 envoys in 1 city-state, however we have no university, so no yields will be given and blue checkmark is shown
- Name1: 1 envoy, yields => suzerain bonus if detected
- Name2: 6 envoys, yields => suzerain bonus if detected
