How do I access CEP placable objects?

I can see some in the custom tab but I can't place them in the area window and the normal tab only shows original objects, am I missing something?

What I see in the custom tab is like empty folders if anything.

Nevermind, I got it working by adding every single hack but what hacks are needed if I'm making something new and what ones are just for old modules?
