Dress outfits invisible

whenever I have a female dress outfit in any CEP module, the lower half of the character's body where the dress should be is invisible. This happened to me years back when I played Diamond Edition on an older computer, and still happens in EE now. Any advice?

Update: It's not just dresses. Some male outfits/outfits in general are screwed up too.
