There's some visual bugs with latest patch. Stats like defence in unit designer menu display a message instead of a number, generals have their names appearing as cc_commander, loading option becomes f_e continue and other small things like that.

Ok I will look what happened. Did you use any others mods? And are you playing HoI 4 Beta Patch 1.9.1? Because main OWB mod require it.

I looked on desighner menu HOI 4 beta for 1.9.1 and last version OWB main mod and my submod. It looks like this. My submods nom touch any commanders.

Playing Mojave Brotherhood > Helios Brotherhood > Lost Hills and for some reason, the template for their base PA unit (Paladin Patrol), when moved over to Lost Hill, gains implants in the template. Considering that both factions can't gain implant tech, this just means that the template can never be at full strength ever again.

My decision for implants , do not touched base vanilla units. It looks like problem with transferring division layouts.
