In front of each of the character sheets there should be those little like boxes that when you hover over them look for the ones that says 1" database" next to it spawn in, and than drop the database onto the player characters sheet (the database looks like a holocron) and will the save any changes you do to the character sheet and be saved onto it. I would suggest not losing it as you can drag these databases over to other character sheets and load that character sheet you had saved onto a new blank one. as soon as you put the database/Jedi holocron onto a character sheet you should be able to edit them as you please. theres even a spot for the database to be put at right below where it says load database, in that little box datapad looking thing.
Hope this helped!
