So when i went to the fort it..wasn't there? The guards and the animals were, and i could see the doors but nothing else was there. We were all just kinda floating in the water. Really weird

what version of Skyrim are you using? I use original Skyrim. Legendary Skyrim is sometimes incompatible with normal mods.

The "land" is actually a WhiteRun Tower surface. I can take a look...

I looked and everything seems fine on my end. The WR Tower has custom graphics so it isn't a vanilla model.

Also the tower is several levels ABOVE water so you couldn't possibly be "swimming in water."

I fast traveled to the tower and just fell to the rocks below. I am using the original Skyrim

I have tried both locations and there are no other mods present. I'm guessing that i'm the only one with this problem so it's probably my game that's messed up or something
