Which countries are analogous to the HoI4 originals on the strengthen menu?
I'm not great, I'll be straight up about it, and use the "strengthen" menu for a click or two. It still says "strengthen Germany/Russia," etc. Is there a way to use these to alter the countries in the game? Thanks!
