Report a translation problem
The mod should show up in that list once you've clicked subscribe. My suggestion would be to quit the game and start it up and try again. Steam itself does the actual downloading to subscribed items, and it can sometimes take a while before it realizes it has things to download.
You can also try to force it to reload or redownload content by pressing the "reload" button on that mod page. Once you see it in the mod list, it will show up at the easel as "Free Money" with a green painting icon. It'll be at the bottom of the easel's list.
