That is likely because Niri mod already alters the number of ascension slots available and so also alters the ui in the traditions menu to compensate for that. Having a mod such as Plentiful traditions will clash with the changes made by Niri and will certainly have an adverse affect on the ui at least. There is little I can do to solve that without fully removing the feature in this mod.
However could you please further describe the problem or send through a screenshot of the problem? Just so I can double check that I am understanding the problem.
