Dont working in multiplayer

It doesnt working in multiplayer, i have keep corpses enabled! What can i do?

The server has to have the mod installed, if it is from 'Find multiplayer game'.

The blood isn't just by the ragdoll, it's a decal. So it's not going to work on servers.
