i dont know if this is a bug or intented, but then i use some of the chosen weapon i have abilities like Tranq shot, (or the katana have the parting silk) and i seem unable to use them

i highly doubt that was intended (as those abilities are intend for chosen use only (it's less a weapon ability and more so a chosen one that's just applied through their weapons) though the only unusable ability i've noticed is tranq shot

also yes i have determined it was this mod and not any others (it would be cool to have those abilities be usable but idk if it's even possible to set it up to do so) causing this bug
