Several minor clipping problems, two "weird" and a few "bomb stuck" spots
While checking the map for any gameplay problems I came across a few messed up clipbrushes, nothing too bad though.

Clipbrushes

On the boat at CT spawn there's some pipes that can cause the player to get stuck, being unable to move forward without having to jump. I added this seeing as you already put a clipbrush next to one of the pipes but not the other ones.

A door leading from the A bombsite to T spawn (please refer to radar for exact location) has a messed up clipbrush at the end, causing the player to sometimes get stuck while sneaking or slowly walking past it. Of course not a big problem, but an annoying and hopefully an easily fixable one. Here's an image of the door I'm talking about and a shot of the way I'm getting stuck on it.

Another messed up clipbrush can be found next to the B bombsite, at one end of the long corridor leading to the bombsite. This one I found particularly annoying, seeing as this spot might be used for AWP duels and could potentially cause a lot of frustration. Also, you don't seem to be able to stand up while crouching there. Again an image of the spot I'm talking about and one of how I got stuck on it.

The last clipbrush problem I encountered in my quick tour through the map can be found next to the snowmobile on B site. Here everything is clipbrushed expertly, except for the snowmobile's skis (the things it rides on) and the metal encasing above them. You can get stuck on them quite easily while running past the snowmobile from either side.

"Weird" spots

The first one is located at the submarine at T spawn. I'm sure this is somewhat intentional and has been brought up before in playtesting, but I just feel like this particular spot is a bit too strong. As you can see in the picture there's a slight part of the ledge you can stand on while still being behind the "fins" (?) of the submarine. This is possible on both sides. As you can hopefully see in the other screenshots, Ernie here, standing at this cheeky position, is barely if even visible at all from the entrance to T spawn, and can almost not be seen from the front of the submarine either. Oh, and he floats in the air, and that's always weird.

The second is slightly less odd, but still seems somewhat unintentional. This time on B site, clipping here allows the player to stand in this corner, overlooking almost all of the site.
Since it might not be completely visible on my picture: there's a clipbrush here for the railing on the left ledge of the "pit" and one for the big metal beam to the right of the upper entrance to the awesome computer room. Since the railing doesn't end at the very top, the player can get over the railing clipbrush and to the right of the metal beam, while still standing on the floor.

"Bomb Stuck" spots

There's quite a few.

This is only from the quick tour I made while eating breakfast this morning, so there might be a lot more that come up with further searching.
All pictures are shot with r_drawclipbrushes 2, to hopefully show you exactly where the bomb is stuck.

Piece of metal in the tunnel next to B site. The bomb can be thrown in the gap between the metal and the wall.

This one is weird, same room as the one before. There seems to be gap between a bunch of clipbrushes in the ceiling, that the bomb can be thrown into. However instead of simply falling down, it actually gets stuck on an invisible ledge.

On the big box near mid, that can only be accessed with a boost. Since de_dust2 has something similar as well, I don't mind it quite as much. Still wanted to bring it up though.

And obviously these two spots at CT and T spawn. I like what you did with the bomb spawning again where it was thrown from, but this unfortunately only really helps when it is unintentionally thrown there. If however, you throw the bomb into the water here at CT spawn while standing in the water yourself, then the bomb is incredibly hard to find without looking at the radar and searching for it that way.
The damage area at T spawn makes this even worse. Someone could run into it, throw the bomb away there, and therefore make it basically irretrievable without being massively damaged.

Apart from those things I genuinely enjoyed running through and testing out the finished version of your map. I really like the layout and also love all the little things and details you added to make everything a bit more believable and immersive.

Hope this was of any help to you, and thank you for being a really inspiring creator for amateur mapmakers like me.
