Ancestor Usable Ship
So I've been tinkering around the files trying to get the ancestor ships to work without spawning tons of "dying stars' but to no avail. Can anybody get this magic done?

Oh no I meant I'd like them to not spawn the dying stars. I like to spawn them in via bwm_test_event.18 and use them as my own over powered ships. The only problem is that they spawn tons of little stars. I was trying to edit that out.

ah, alrighty, and you could try to use the add_ship command.

Disable the Crisis events related to the ship type. bwm_ancestor. This will break the Crisis as in the current version of LEX at least until the Rewrite Thesan was not meant to be obtainable so the scripting effects are tied to the Ship not the Country type. If you want Thesan to be Playable without the Star Mechanic you have to disable that mechanic.
