Generators not actually making power
I've recently made a new game with a bunch of mods and i've set up everything i need to make a chemful power plant, oil is fine, cracking is fine and the generator is supposedly making 4000 watts however this doesn't seem to be the case as my power begins to decline when the grid goes below 4000. Can anyone help?

not sure what you mean, if they show they are generating power then they are, its all basic vanilla rimworld code

Holy crap that was a quick reply, thanks.

However, allow me to explain in more detail if this helps a little:
I have two power generators, one geothermal and one Rimefeller chemful burner. I also have a battery installed to help stop the light flickering which works slightly well but not great. If the grid excess is 4000+, everything is fine but when it goes below 4000 it acts as if the grid has gone into negative values even though the grid states it's (For example) 3950.

The Astra Militarium Core mod and your Rimanotics mod, i believe that is how it is spelt. The mod which you allow tactical nukes, artillary and nuclear reactors into the game

well it works perfectly normal for me, i made a small generator, it kicks out 4000 watts, soon as i use up all 4000w any extra buildings dont have power

I'll restart steam and see if the issue still occurs, if it doesn't i'll respond back ASAP, also thank you for the quick, active response

Okay now it's working, could of been a glitch in the game itself, thank you for your support

Running into an issue with the chemfuel plant not providing power as well. My grid isn't showing the 4000w at all, but my chemfuel storage depletes. My profile has 9 screenshots showing my entire oil/power setup. The only time my grid has power is when my solar panels are online.

I've restarted and reloaded a few times now, as well as rebuilding and relocating the power plant. Nothing seems to work.

I am using this mod collection:

your profile is private, only reason generators wouldn't be producing power is if some mod is trying to mess with power nets, someone had a problem with some realistic planets mod breaking rooms which meant boilers would keep flicking on and off constantly if placed in that room, very strange bugs with some mods out there

Issue i had before was when the small delay happened between chemfuel generators when the had to refuel from storage i assumed it was a bug, not a feature, the way to get around this is having multiple generators at once and like 2 batteries on standby or so just in case

oh thats just vanilla rimworld behaviour since the early unpiped generators were just bigger vanilla ones, i think
