Advanced Fabrication Bug

I have a strange bug now where Advanced Fabrication can't be researched because Advanced Sythylene Components need to be researched first and Advanced Sythylene Components can't be researched because it needs Advanced Fabrication to be researched first. Any idea how to fix this?

think you're confusing the unlocks list with prerequisites list, when it says unlocked with advance synth components, that means when that project + advanced synth components projects are completed the following things will be available, its just badly shown
