If my refiners use up all of my chemfuel, I lose power, and it's a pain to get it back because I have to turn off enough equipment to let the chemfuel refinery run for a moment. That's enough to get the power plants working again.

Is there any way I can prevent this from happening? I'll just keep some canned chemfuel handy, but it'd be nice if I could set things up so that there's a reserve level.
