The crude cracker won't work

Hi so I have been trying to get this to work for hours now I have no idea why but the crude cracker wont work its connected to a crude oil storage , it has power and its connected to a chemfuel storage. I dont know what im doing wrong any tips ? is there any specific mod that I should be aware of ? pls help
