Battery-sensitive generators?

Hi, is it possible to make the generators sensitive to battery levels like in https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1542909561 ? Particularly since they have such high outputs

you mean so they won't run unless batteries are below full capacity?
