A Good Riven + any other weapon is still better than even a Superb Riven + Skana.
That, and the fact what Riven's are totally dumb random сгap.

The Prisma Skana is actually fairly usable.

Longsword skins apply to Broken War as well, which is still phenomenal.

how is it a "ego stroker" he made a nice skin for a somewhat useable wepon with the right mods and or as herbBerb said the prisma skana is a ok usable thing

If it's for Skana only, then the only good use for it would be Skana Prime.
Which is a Founder's item. And having such a cool-looking skill on their exclusive weapon would kinda stroke Founders' ego. Alot.

P.S. Skana Prisma is not much of a use either. Trust me, when you have Broken War, Mire, and any other good sword.

Not all Founders are pushovers and showoffs, you know. Just because some Founders tend to be showoffs and like to troll people with their Founder stuff doesn't mean all of them are like that. You'd be surprised to know that some Founders act no different than normal players and essentially get harassed for it, even by the players who are MR15+. Basically, what I'm saying is this is really only an ego booster for the Founders who like to be trolls, not for all the Founders in general. i have all of the above and the prisma skana is a ok sword not the best but it is duable and as doomweapon66 said not all founders are showoffs who like to brag cos they have something we can never get

Looking at your posts you just don't like the Skana, I still use my Prisma Skana dispite the fact that it isn't particularly powerful. People don't always use the most broken weapon all the time, sometimes I don't even put mods in a gun like the Soma Prime because it's enjoyable to play the game without a care in the world unlike a power hungry, misguided person like you; after all you're meant to be having fun. Yes, the Skana is a bad weapon. No, people do still use it and love it despite it's flaws. I believe this skin would make a brilliant addition to Warframe cosmetics, I personally would love to run around with this as my Proto Excalibur. Just my two cents worth.

Looking at your post, I'd say you are either lying or just do not go to rewarding missions.
Because on missions with relatively good rewards(which have enemies with lvl 80+) your Prisma Skana, even with Primed and Riven mods is going to have a kill rate of 1 enemy/minute. Which is abyssmal, considering if you are on missions like Extermination/Defence/Mobile Def./Assassination, you are going to spent hours just to get through the half of it, assuming your Warframe's survivability is God-tier, so you won't be killed by the first mob.

Or maybe you are just forgetting what beside Excalibur's 4th skill there has to be other usability for a melee weapon, precisely the intended one?) Then yes, that's forgiveable, I barely use my weapons in my Excalibur too.

Oh, and about "broken weapons": swords are not in that list. Have you ever even seen Warframe META? Staves, Heavy Blades, Spears - theese are the Melee META for Warframe, if we are not counting some special Warframe+Weapon combos like already mentioned Ex's 4 with any sword.
