The compatibility Patches REQUIRE a mod called Sounds Propagation Overhaul, but the issue is that mod is no longer available, and has not been for 3-4 YEARS, so if you are having conflicts with Climates of Tamriel, i suggest either picking which one you want more and unistalling the other

Or downloading the Spanish version of Sounds Propagation Overhaul
