My mod just activates the normal revert form scripts. I haven’t modified the default scripts at all. This means that if you were to run out of time and start changing back automatically, and then got hit by the knockdown this would already happen.
So basically it’s a default Skyrim script problem.
If it can be fixed it would mean making changes to the main player werewolf script, which I am trying to avoid with most of my mods.
The main player werewolf script is the script most often modified by mods making changes to the werewolf (like changing abilities or adding features).
I am trying to make my mods as compatible with other mods as I can so I have avoided making changes to the werewolf script for all by one of my mods.
I’m not real keen on digging through this problem just to fix a bug that shouldn’t happen very often (it hasn’t happened to me before). Maybe check and see if this is fixed in one of the unofficial patches or another mod.
SAVE FIRST!!!
Step 1: Unequip all weapons and spells (basically keep your hands free) and switch to the third person camera.
Step 2: Type "Player.SetRace WerewolfBeastRace" into the console, without quotes, not case-sensitive. You'll transform into a werewolf.
Step 3: If still using this mod, sheath your claws and zoom in to first person in the usual way. If nothing happens, do it again. You should now be in human form with no glitches, however all items you had equipped before will still be equipped. If you are no longer using this mod, or that doesn't work for you, you'll have to feed while in Beast Form then wait until the effect wears off, but the result is the same.
NOTE: Use the command I specified, and not the alternative "SetPlayerRace WerewolfBeastRace" because although that also fixes this immortality glitch, it also messes up all your skills and values for Health/Magicka/Stamina, and seems to force a level-up.
Some details about the invincibility: enemy attacks/spells/shouts pass straight through the player character without connecting or doing damage, as if ethereal, however you CAN attack enemies. No falling damage, can't drown, even the Equilibrium spell doesn't work. Unlimited Stamina. Not sure about Magicka, it was working correctly but now that seems to be unlimited too. Become Ethereal, Slow Time, Beast Form, Ring of Hircine, and probably a few other things have no effect. The dragon riding AI seemed broken, although that might be due to me messing about with console commands too much.
(Edit: simpler and less glitchy fix)
