Shrines in Temples:
Mara: In the basement of the Temple of Mara in Riftin.

Talos: Temple of Talos in Windhelm in the back.

Kynareth: Temple of Kynareth in Whiterun, on the floor near a wall (hard to miss).

Dibella: Temple of Dibella in Markarth, inner sanctum, on the bottom shelf of the first bookcase you see, facing the "Mother's" chair.


Shrines not in Temples:
Stendar: Doesn't exactly have a priesthood with a temple, but he does have the Vigilants: Look in the Hall of the Vigilant next to a dead vampire and a burned book.

Julianos: Mage's College in Winterhold. Head to the Midden and find the Atronach Forge - on the table with the Atronach Forge Manual.

Akatosh: Think, "dragons." High Hrothgar, next to the offering chest, in front of the monastery.

Zenithar: Had me stumped until a vague comment about a crushed cart (from another poster) tipped me off: Steamcrag Camp in the Rift, almost due east of Bonestrewn Crest - there's a merchant cart on the far side of the camp, just off the main road. A dead merchant rests in front of a locked chest and behind the locked chest (in the debris of the cart), difficult to see, is the unused Shrine of Arkay. Took me two days to find that!

Arkay: I stumbled on this one more or less by accident, It is in the back of an abandoned trading cart south-east of Dragons Brige. It is the brige near Chillwind Depths I'm talking about
