* I highly reccomend you add some optimisation in your map. E.G adding some hint blocks and areaportal blocks throughout your rooms. I've got a powerful PC and I shouldn't see any lag on it. It's particularly bad in the elevator.

* PLEASE tell me there is a way to remove music from the map. (though great music) I highly reccommend there is a function to turn it off. Or to just not have it at all.


* Texture collisions aren't a pretty sight. There is some around the engine room and throughout all of the pillars in the hallway. They all might need to be lowered by one unit, or some other way for them to be covered because its not a good look.


* Add a shield texture block around the hangar bay doors + a open hangar door function?


* Elevator is too slow and there needs to be a door system in place for the elevator shaft area. Add a full set of stairs for all floors next to the elevator.


* add more props. (maybe?) Up to you. But I think you could add a bit more to it with some props. theres plenty of halo related props on workshop or even on facepunch, halo ce ones too.


* I respect your CE style but I think there needs to be a larger variance in textures. The same beige colour gets a bit boring imo. Maybe one different colour wall texture on each floor?

* exiting ALL seats in the bridge causes players to be stuck. I believe there is a functionality that allows you to rediect seated players on a named node. (not 100% sure if it works for seats)


* Your map inbuilt text suggestions are pretty cool. How about add some text on each floor at the elevator doors of what key rooms are on each level?


* Some sound scapes maybe? Nice to hear some ambient noise, or some computer sounds on the brig. Or engine sounds in the engine room. ect.


* Maybe a Captains and or General's Quarters above the bridge?


* Maybe add another smaller elevator at the front of the ship? The time taken from getting to the bridge to the escape pods would take a while for example.


* Maybe add a shooting range?


* Maybe add a Cafeteria/ Lounge room for a place for the crew to relax and do fun stuff? (Like that area under the bridge in this canon schematic for example?) https://www.halopedia.org/images/8/87/HW_PoACS.png


Hope any of these suggestions help. Worth noting I'm making a Halo RP map myself exclusively for a community. Going to take me a while. But over all it's great to see some good quality Halo RP maps for once. Good stuff.

The elivator is differently made so I cannot use the doors, also what music are you talking about? theres only alarms. I am aware of the braces vanishing at a certian angle, I already got some rooms being made for lounge. Also I tried making a areaportal but it doesnt even work even when I follow the instructions,

I don't understand why you can't put functional doors on the elevator entrances no matter how differently made it is. Why don't you download a elevator prefab from gamebanana and copy and edit some of it's triggers to use there?


Optimisation is my biggest suggestion. You really need to try again. Because when severs put stuff in it players will be rendering all items placed in it from all locations. So if I'm lagging with just a empty hallways it's going to be worse when its filled. If areaportal is too difficult try hint blocks. They're a simplier tool.


Oh. And I forgot I had a halo music plugin... my bad. lol

The elivator is made differently on this map and it doesnt have options in the input/output.

*Add a Hangar doors that can be closed from bridge control.

*When numerous people press the button it registers immediatly and so the elevator can not decide on which path to choose, please make it so that when the button is pressed it has to be output fully first then be able to be pressed.

Maybe find a different light source such as tf2 cuz its free? Css is expensive for me if i just only want it because of the textures and models. But cool map

denided on TF2 since their textures look a bit more cartoonish for me, I will try to find a replacement lights for it, or Ill try making my own, idk,

Actually, there are a few websites that actually have downloads for CSS Textures, but i wouldn't go clicking around.

Well the only errors are the lightbulbs and people should use the error addon hider,
A large indoor hangar bay could be nice.

I will make this alot more simple than most. Pros & Cons!

+Ship is big with great amounts of room.
-No areas for rest or relaxation like a lounge or bar.
-Lighting can be a little off in some areas of the ship.
-Life pods are a bit missing.
+Engine room mechanics. (Need some more things to fill in the space)
+Lots of space
-Unused space
+Alot of rooms for either regiment or personal
-No areas that repersent rooms for high value CO's or Admiral/Captain's quarters
-No huge good looking hangar doors that can be operated from a hangar control room.
+great look and design to bridge from CE. Beautiful.
- No place to hold Sims or PvE sims.

More changes may come and I will try to give the best feed back the most simplest of ways everytime! I do wanna say thank you on making a map like this! Now most halo rp's can use a good and big halcyon class ship for their servers.
