Report a translation problem
As for the pants, I haven't done much other than moving verticies tighter to refine the shape to fit better for 1.10, and alot of trial and errors in weight painting to fix some annoying and persistent skin showing through issues in some animations. There are still a tiny bit of that remain and I'm still working to fix and refine everything.

Bisecting the knee pad mesh where the skin is showing and keeping every face as tris until it's clean. The original model is not a clean cut that seperate the skin and the knee pad. After looking at the verticies that are too close to that cutting area I decided not to do it on the vertical parts.
