The major factions like woodbury and negan,are they random location spawns ?
Woodbury,so far for me has always been in the constuction site in westpoint by town,but negan sometimes is in the warehouse by that,and sometimes not.Current game,i havent found negan yet.I dont know if he was wiped out,or if hes just in a location i havent seen yet.

found a savior camp,this time it was up by the prison.Dont know if negan is there,as its a very active combat zone ...

It makes me wonder if the saviors have more then one outpost,which would be very cool.

Hilltop and woodbury have both been wiped out in each game i lived long enough to see it.Hilltop definately needs some love,its way too indefensible.
