And if I use on'y this mod - I have only 27 icons....om your screen I see more. And + all navy icons gone...there just empty box.

Hey guys just notice this discussion. I check the mod in both 1920p and 1600x900 - using the IM version of the mod and everything is working as intended.

Please note: when using the IM version you will only have 1 row of color, since the modding of the file that add more lines cause the mod not to be achievement comparable.

Using "large box and "large theater" only increase the size of the box and have no effect on the following mods.

My Favorite Theater Icons
My favorite Theater Icons IM
My Favorite Navy Theater Icons IM
Navy Icons Only

If you use “My Favorite Theater Icons IM” or “My Favorite Theater Icons" then you must use the "Navy Icons Only" mod if you want the navy icons. If you use "My Favorite Navy Theater Icons IM" with the the army theater icons then you will corrupt the gfx files.


If you use "Navy Icons Only" without the the army icons mod they the army icons gfx files will be corrupt.

If you use "My Favorite Navy Theater Icons IM" and you use either army theater mod then the gfx files will be corrupt.


So if you want the army and navy icons then:

My Favorite Theater Icons
Navy Icons Only

or

Achievement ready combo:

My favorite Theater Icons IM
Navy Icons Only


Using "large box and "large theater" mods will work with or without my icon mods and are achievement ready.

I have the same issue too.

@Kuo123, to keep this mod Achievement ready I can not change the number of colors which is a total of 9. My icon mods add the extra colors. So one line of colors is working as intended. Maybe someday I will upload a sub mod to give you the extra colors but it would not be achievement ready.

The problem not in color line, the problem in icons. It is still doesn't work and I just don't use it, coz it seems like in screen i posted here. Naval work, land no...

@The Matrix, which Icon mod or mod are you using? This mod does not change anything that will cause the problem that is in your screen post. You get the that problem when you do not use the correct combination of Icon mod like I was explaining above. If I am missing something let me know, also include which modes you are using that change icons or the icons selection box. Thanks

@The Matrix, you need to use the above mods in the correct combination or you will continue to have the problem noted in you screen post. Use the mods as instructed as above and they will work just fine. It looks like you are using only the "Navy Icons Only" mod and that will not work correctly alone since it is a sub mod and requires "My Favorite Theater Icons" or "My Favorite Theater Icons IM"

Are you using "My Favorite Theatre Icons" and "Navy Icons Only" together? If so then you have some other mod causing a problem. I use this combo when I play and I have no problem. If you use some other navy icon mod it will not work with "My Favorite Theatre Icons"

I did it with "Navy Icons Only" and without ANY Navy icons. And I havn't any other mods.

The mod work correctly for me but does not work okay for you and we are using the same game, same My Favorite Theatre Icons" and "Navy Icons Only mods and with no other mods active and it works for me every time and does not work for you. That being the case I have no clue how to correct your issue.

At this point in time, I have an issue running it with the proper combination of My Favorite Theater Icons + Navy Icons Only. What happens is that the icons become corrupted in a way that it will contain only a piece of what it is supposed to be and maybe the edge of the one that comes after. I am particularly interested in the extra color presets more than the army icons, which has only ever been a few no matter what combination I run it in for the past year. I am currently trying to use it in a mod that has interface changes, so that does limits things, but there are no changes to this part of the interface and I can get it to work in a limited way. Kaiserredux works as intended, I think. The mod I am trying to combine it with now is TNO The New Order. I can load My Favorite Theater Icons and it will work as intended. Still, I get the color presets that I want, and that's what matters to me. Army icons I don't use often, because it's never enough to make every division unique and the icons are boring. The Naval Icons, however, are very useful and there are so many.

Here's my issue when trying to get any combination of these mods to work with overhaul mods. Mods that this used to work with. Currently, when I activate MFTI and NIO, together like you're supposed to, the army icons become corrupted, ugly, and useless. The Navy Icons will work, however. If I remove Navy Icons Only, the Army Icons and extra colors will work, but I am left without the useful Navy Icons anymore. My only workaround for navy icons that I've found, so far, is to use My Favorite Theater Icons and the "Helpful Naval Insignia" mod by another creator. I think their icons either inspired a few in your mod collection, or it was the other way around. That Navy Icon mod is up to date, but it adds only a small handful of icons to choose from that do not even correspond to the taskforce the game recognizes. Patrol Taskforces will be set to the Mine/Minesweep icon, for instance. There hasn't been an update for this mod collection in awhile, so maybe it's an issue for everyone now. I thought there would be more comments, even just to ask for an update, because of the popularity and usefulness of the mod. Since there is not, I want to thank you for these mods and ask for that.

Also, if possible would you consider a My Favorite Navy Icons version that adds the extra colors but only the Navy Icons? I believe that these mods are more useful for the naval game than the army, anyway. If the correct icons could be associated to the right taskforce that the game auto organizes fleets of ships into, I think that would also be helpful.

I will check for new code changes and adjust my mod as needed - soon. Thank you for letting me know.

Checked mod today and it is working just fine. Make sure you have the correct mods installed. Thank you for the suggestion but I am not playing the gave for a few more months - due to burn out. I will do my best to correct and mod problems and update versions soon but I do not think that is needed to play the game.
