Working stairs and ladders

Hi, I really love your modmap!
It would be awesome if you could fix all ladders and stairs as climbable objects, would this be possible one day?

Sometimes the server crashes when placing structures on it, it would be great if you could fix this too!
Thanks for creating this amazing map guys!
