Tested with a clean garrysmod

Mode: SP & MP = Singleplayer, Multiplayer
Mods: nothing
Map: dev_sdk_gmod
Cheats: on
Activated content: CSS, DOD, HL2, HL2 DM, HL2 EP1 & EP2, HL2 LC, TF2



Problems
If you "Undo" "doom_npc_pain" the lost souls that came from that npc wont get removed.

"doom_npc_shadows" goes in techno mode if you grab him with the physgun.

"doom_npc_shadows" has some white lines at the side of your screen for some reason.

All doom snpcs keep attacking "npc_turret_floor" after its offline.
All doom snpcs ignore "npc_rollermine" for some reason.
All doom snpcs quickly get stuck on physic & static objects.

If "doom_cl_doomguy" is set to "1" some doom snpcs go invisible if you go nearby & shoot them.
(mostly happend on "doom_npc_baby" for me.)

If there is a big group of doom snpcs there is a chance that one or more of them get invincible for some reason.

Suggestions
Improve the npc weapon support by taking a look at the addons of roguex100
Make a custom HUD & Killicon for "doom_weapon_pistol & doom_weapon_fist"
Set "fist" animation on "doom_weapon_fist" & hide the gun
Set "gravgun" animation on "doom_weapon_chainsaw"
Set the HL2 pistol worldmodel on "doom_weapon_pistol"
Set the HL2 shotgun worldmodel on "doom_weapon_shotgun & doom_weapon_supershotgun"
Set the HL2 rpg worldmodel on "doom_weapon_missile" & change its animation to "rpg"
Set the HL2 ar2 worldmodel on "doom_weapon_plasma" & change its animation to "ar2"
Can we have a feature too disable the weapon & item drops from the doom snpcs?
"doom_npc_vile"s attack feels strange may just let the player jump instead of fly?
Maybe add "wolfensteinss, boss-brain,target etc" too the spawnlist?
Maybe add killicons for the doom snpcs etc?
Can we precache the doom graphics while loadup a map instead of loading them if you spawn something?
