Check for any Lua errors in the console. You most likely have a conflicting addon installed.

The black boxes are gone and SOME of the sounds work on a few weapons.

So is this because I'm using this on multiplayer? Anyways The weapons do show up and everything but they all have blacksquares AROUND them no matter how long I wait and NOTHING from this mod has sound. I have the correct IWAD and so on. Help?
